The highly reinforced cab design meets the latest European safety standards. The collision test meets the European ECE and the most demanding Swedish VVFS safety regulations. It provides strong protection for both driver and passenger.

High-roof double-sleeper cab. All welded steel-top, passive safety, the frame body-in-white, collision meets the requirements of European ECE safety regulations, electric tilting cab, adjustable airbag on driver seat, automatic air conditioning, electric heated rear-view mirror, electrically adjustable headlamps, front window wiper and washer, power-operated windows, airbag, external sun visor, central locking.

The Dongfeng KX is available as left-hand or right-hand drive.

 

14 forward gears and two reverse gears. Max output torque 2,000 Nm. Rear auxiliary transmission introduces the planetary gear train with even loads. The short-stroke synchronizer ensures smooth and convenient gearshift. The integrated gearshift mechanism plus the precise control achieves smooth gear shifting.

 

Rear axle stamping and welding axle housing, single reduction, tandem rear axle, bogie differential lock inter-wheel differential lock, gear ratio 3.43, bearing capacity 2 X 13 tons.
